Courtney Cox is the face of Avon’s new fragrance Spotlight. Spotlight is a citrus-floral with a warm woody base.
The tag line is “Spotlight – Step Into It.” The idea behind the fragrance being that every woman is a star in her own right.
The choice of Courtney Cox as spokeswoman is interesting to me. She’s beautiful and she’s successful, but she’s also known for being a friend – both off and on-screen. Burberry’s The Beat for men arrived today. I’ve been wanting to smell it ever since I read and then wrote about it last week. The combination of wood and pepper notes sounded very intriguing.
I wasn’t disappointed, it does have an interesting combination of notes. The first thing that I smelled was the black pepper. It comes on very strong like actual fresh ground pepper.
