Get a Kate Ryan Look in Stella McCartney Asymmetric Dress

While I have yet again missed another major fashion event in the World Music Awards (they actually were handed out in early November).
I caught the State side airing this evening. While watching them I caught the Belgian born songstress Kate Ryan wearing a stunning glitzy Asymmetric Dress.
