I used to buy the cheapest pairs because they all seem to get runs anyway. (I have long nails.) BUT I have owned one pair of pantyhose for three years now. I have worn them many times--and sometimes I even through them in the wash! (and dryer!) They're from Wolford and they cost $40, but as you can see the purchase was worth it.
