5 Very Good Reasons I’ve Been Gone All This Time

I know. I’ve been remiss. You’ve been checking here every day for your beauty & style list and I haven’t been producing. The List Maven apologizes. Really, I have good excuses. Want to hear them?

1. George Clooney called. He’s single now you know. I’m fine with being second choice to the dead weight because it means he finally came to his senses. Still it meant there was shopping to do, hair to get cut, a husband to dispose of…

You don’t believe me, do you? Ok, here’s the real list:

1. I was interviewing for a job. No. Really. Four interviews in two days put me a little behind.
2. I was readying for my son’s birthday party – Coupled with the above? Yup. Really far behind.
3. I blew off work. In honor of my getting said job I opted for a relaxed schedule so I could spend time with my son before returning to a full time gig. Really, really far behind.
4. I was finding lots of great new stuff to write about.This is true too. I have an arsenal of great products to bring to you, plus some very cool tips.
5. I was shopping. Well I’m doing that today but still..

Thanks for your patience. I know it’s a pain in the butt to come here and see nothing but the same old thing. So, I’m going to do some shopping for myself before The Boy comes back from school, and after that I’ll get busy. In the meantime check out Indie Style File, a very cool blog.
